The primary goal of the Beacon Park Board of Trustees is to
maintain Beacon Park on a continuous basis as a safe residential community to be admired by our residents,
envied by our visitors, and sought after by prospective owners.
Second, as every board member is a unit owner, the Board endeavors to act in a manner that effectively
represents a cross-section of our community.
Finally, through hands-on management, fiscal responsibility and long-term planning, the Board works with
the intention of meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of our residents without forsaking those
of our community yet to come.
